1. قبول الشروط
باستخدام خدمات نسيم سفاري، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي جزء من هذه الشروط، يرجى عدم استخدام خدماتنا.
2. الحجوزات والدفع
2.1 تأكيد الحجز
يتم تأكيد جميع الحجوزات عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو واتساب. يجب دفع دفعة مقدمة بنسبة 30% لتأكيد الحجز.
2.2 الدفع الكامل
يجب دفع المبلغ المتبقي قبل 30 يوماً من تاريخ الرحلة.
2.3 طرق الدفع
نقبل الدفع عبر:
- التحويل البنكي
- بطاقات الائتمان (Visa, Mastercard)
- الدفع النقدي (في بعض الحالات)
3. سياسة الإلغاء والاسترداد
3.1 الإلغاء من قبل العميل
- أكثر من 60 يوماً قبل الرحلة: استرداد 80% من المبلغ المدفوع
- 30-60 يوماً قبل الرحلة: استرداد 50% من المبلغ المدفوع
- 15-29 يوماً قبل الرحلة: استرداد 25% من المبلغ المدفوع
- أقل من 15 يوماً: لا يوجد استرداد
3.2 الإلغاء من قبل الشركة
في حالة إلغاء الرحلة من قبل نسيم سفاري لأسباب خارجة عن إرادتنا، سيتم استرداد كامل المبلغ أو إعادة الجدولة حسب رغبة العميل.
4. التأشيرات والوثائق
العميل مسؤول عن الحصول على:
- جواز سفر ساري المفعول (6 أشهر على الأقل)
- التأشيرات المطلوبة
- التطعيمات الضرورية (مثل الحمى الصفراء)
- تأمين السفر (موصى به بشدة)
5. التأمين
نوصي بشدة بالحصول على تأمين سفر شامل يغطي:
- النفقات الطبية والإخلاء الطبي
- إلغاء الرحلة
- فقدان الأمتعة
- الحوادث الشخصية
6. المسؤوليات
6.1 مسؤولية الشركة
نسيم سفاري مسؤولة عن:
- تنظيم الرحلات كما هو موضح في البرنامج
- توفير مرشدين مؤهلين
- ترتيبات النقل والإقامة
6.2 مسؤولية العميل
العميل مسؤول عن:
- الامتثال للقوانين المحلية
- اتباع تعليمات المرشدين
- سلامة ممتلكاته الشخصية
- السلوك المناسب خلال الرحلة
7. القوة القاهرة
لا تتحمل نسيم سفاري المسؤولية عن التأخير أو الإلغاء الناتج عن:
- الكوارث الطبيعية
- الاضطرابات السياسية
- الأوبئة أو الجوائح
- الإضرابات
- الظروف الجوية القاسية
8. الصحة والسلامة
يجب على العملاء:
- الإفصاح عن أي حالات طبية
- إحضار الأدوية الضرورية
- اتباع إرشادات السلامة
- احترام الحياة البرية والبيئة
9. الشكاوى
في حالة وجود أي مشكلة:
- أبلغ المرشد فوراً
- تواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الهاتف
- سنعمل على حل المشكلة بأسرع وقت ممكن
10. القانون الساري
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين أوغندا والمملكة العربية السعودية.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Naseem Safari services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Bookings and Payment
2.1 Booking Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed via email or WhatsApp. A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
2.2 Full Payment
The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the trip date.
2.3 Payment Methods
We accept payment via:
- Bank transfer
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Cash (in some cases)
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Cancellation by Client
- More than 60 days before trip: 80% refund
- 30-60 days before trip: 50% refund
- 15-29 days before trip: 25% refund
- Less than 15 days: No refund
3.2 Cancellation by Company
If Naseem Safari cancels a trip due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
4. Visas and Documentation
Clients are responsible for obtaining:
- Valid passport (at least 6 months validity)
- Required visas
- Necessary vaccinations (such as Yellow Fever)
- Travel insurance (highly recommended)
5. Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Medical expenses and evacuation
- Trip cancellation
- Lost luggage
- Personal accidents
6. Responsibilities
6.1 Company Responsibility
Naseem Safari is responsible for:
- Organizing trips as described in the itinerary
- Providing qualified guides
- Transportation and accommodation arrangements
6.2 Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
- Complying with local laws
- Following guide instructions
- Safety of personal belongings
- Appropriate behavior during the trip
7. Force Majeure
Naseem Safari is not liable for delays or cancellations due to:
- Natural disasters
- Political unrest
- Epidemics or pandemics
- Strikes
- Severe weather conditions
8. Health and Safety
Clients must:
- Disclose any medical conditions
- Bring necessary medications
- Follow safety guidelines
- Respect wildlife and environment
9. Complaints
In case of any issues:
- Inform the guide immediately
- Contact us via email or phone
- We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda and Saudi Arabia.
